When I'm late to things
When I imagine people in accidents/ dead when they fail to answer the phone
When I have a harder than usual time concentrating at work
When I've just come down from an obsession /I'm fighting an obsession
If I can't spend anytime outside of screens doing things i do love
When I sleep like shit -but like worst than usual
Taking the time to cook a real meal
Forcing myself to do sports outside of my home
Cleaning my home, especially the bedroom
Seeing my loved ones
Forcing myself to keep singing
